Cycle:

Join us for an exhilarating ride that activates the whole body. It is great for everyone, at all levels from the advanced athlete to the brand new beginner, because the resistance and pace is in the hands of the rider. It is a high-energy completely motivating ride.

TRX:

Make your body your machine! TRX training with circuit programming that includes battle ropes, bosu, free weights, medicine balls, and a few other surprises we may “throw” at you. TRX delivers a fast, effective, total body workout.

PiYO:

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat burning, low impact workout that leaves your body looking long. lean, and incredibly defined.

Boxing:

Punch,Kick, and block your way through a fun and challenging cardio and strength workout. ( gloves required)

Bootcamp:

This class is set up in stations that combines strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movements.  Come get everything you need in one class.

Shred:

Are you ready for a challenge?  Shred is the one workout you’ve been looking for. We combine Olympic lifts, body building techniques, core and functional movements, and plenty of cardio and muscle endurance to give you the most complete and intense workout you have ever done! With so much diversity, you will never do the same workout twice! This method keeps your body from adapting too quickly therefore forcing it to get stronger, leaner, and all around in the best shape of your life! Although Shred is a challenge for anyone, it is also adaptive to all levels. People of all fitness levels are welcome and are guaranteed the best workout to their ability.

CROSSFIT CLASS

Our CrossFit Class is our most prominent programs. This class is designed to challenge each individual with constantly varied, functional movements, while executing these movements at a high intensity. All CrossFit classes will include the structure of a warm up, a skill or strength section and a WOD (workout of the day). Every class will be taught with one of our certified CrossFit coaches and each class will allow any where from 5-20 athletes to attend.  Anyone can participate in this class because we provide scalable options to accommodate all skill levels and abilities. You will learn and perfect many different types of movements that will challenge all levels of your fitness ability.
