Memorial Day "MURPH"

Join us at LIFT to honor Michael Patrick "Murph" Murphy and all other men and women in our military and/or in uniform on Memorial Day. If you don't want to do the workout, you can still come support everyone who is doing it and participate in our cookout after! 

Starting at 4:00pm we will be doing the "Murph" workout: 
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 Mile run

Partition reps as needed

There will be a cookout to follow so please bring a dish to pass! Invite friends and family to participate or to cheer you on!
